6 Best Findymail Alternatives in 2026

Findymail is an email and phone finder sold as a subscription with two separate credit pools. Here is the shortlist worth your time, compared on verified pricing, coverage, and the catch each vendor’s own page will not tell you.

The best Findymail alternative depends on what you are replacing. 1Lookup turns a LinkedIn profile URL into a verified work email as one per-lookup call on the same credits as phone, email and IP validation. Prospeo and FullEnrich are the closest finder swaps, Anymail Finder is the email-only specialist, and Hunter.io starts from domains.

Disclosure: this site is built by 1Lookup. It appears on this list where it genuinely fits, and we say plainly when a competitor is the better choice.

Why teams look beyond Findymail

  • It finds contacts; it does not check ones you already hold on any channel but email. There is no phone validation as distinct from phone finding, no line type, carrier, HLR or reachability product, and no IP intelligence, so fraud screening and number-deliverability work need another vendor
  • No pay-as-you-go and no per-call rate card. Their help centre states "Findymail does not offer a pay-as-you-go option", so using the API at all requires holding a subscription; the alternative offered is one-time top-ups
  • Only two prices exist on any Findymail-controlled page, $49/1,000 and $99/5,000. The pricing selector's 15k, 30k, 50k, 100k and 100k+ steps and the Enterprise plan print no figure at all
  • The two credit pools do not mix: "it's not possible to convert your finder credits to verifier credits, or your verifier credits to finder credits", so a buyer who guesses the split wrong pays twice
  • Verifier credits are charged on failure. The help centre says "You will be charged for each email verification, regardless of the outcome", while the marketing page for the same product says "You only pay for emails we successfully verify, failed verifications don't cost credits"
  • Cancel and the balance goes to zero at the end of the billing period, so unused credits are an allowance rather than something you own
  • Phone coverage stops at the EU border by their own policy: "Due to GDPR regulations, we do not provide phone numbers for contacts in the European Union." Mobile-only filtering is not available either
  • Running dry is a hard stop for everyone except the top of the ladder: "Requests made while out of credits are rejected", and Auto Refill "is available on Enterprise plans (100k credits and above)"
  • The subscription auto-renews and the money does not come back: renewal is automatic with 30 days' notice required to stop it, and "All payment obligations are non-cancelable and all amounts paid are non-refundable"

These are factual scope and pricing characteristics, not knocks; Findymail remains the right tool for the buyers described in the verdict section below.

The shortlist, in order

1Lookup logo1. 1LookupOur product

Best for a profile URL in and a verified work email out, per lookup

Pick 1Lookup when you want one call per contact and one credit balance covering finding and validation, instead of a subscription with two credit pools that cannot be converted into each other.

Starting price
$99/mo for 20,000 credits ($4.95 per 1,000, down to $2.00 on Enterprise)
Free option
Free single lookups via the online tools at 1lookup.io/tools, no account required
The catch
Younger brand with a smaller public review footprint than long-established incumbents

Prospeo logo2. Prospeo

Best for building the list and revealing it in one place

Pick Prospeo when you need to filter people and companies across dozens of criteria before revealing anything, and verified mobile numbers should draw on the same credits.

Starting price
$49/user/month for 2,000 credits (Starter, monthly), or $441/user/year for 24,000 credits (all credits released on the purchase date). 2,000 credits buys up to 2,000 verified emails or 200 verified mobiles, since a mobile costs 10 credits
Free option
Free plan, $0, 100 credits per month with no time limit: people and company search on 28 of the 41 filters, 3 intent topics, a 25-row selection cap for export, Chrome extension, MCP server, CSV export and 5 AI Lookalike searches. No CSV enrichment and no integrations. Prospeo's two published sources disagree on API access: the pricing page's plan-comparison table marks the public API not included on Free, while the help centre publishes Free rate limits of 1/second, 20/minute and 50/day
The catch
It is not a validation service: there is no standalone email verification, no phone validation, no line type or HLR data and no IP product, and no way to pass in an address or number you already hold and pay to check it. Verification only ever arrives attached to a find

FullEnrich logo3. FullEnrich

Best find rate, by routing one request through many vendors

Pick FullEnrich when coverage is the whole point and you would rather buy one waterfall than sign a contract with each of the vendors inside it.

Starting price
$29/month for 500 credits ($0.058 a credit) on the Pro monthly ladder, which is up to 500 verified work emails found or 50 mobile numbers found. Billed yearly the entry rung is $312/year for 6,000 credits ($0.052 a credit). The pricing page's own slider defaults one rung up, at 1,000 credits a month for $55
Free option
Free trial: "50 credits to start", "No credit card", and extra credits for inviting team members. Full Pro feature access on it, including the API, MCP server, CRM integrations and bulk CSV. 50 credits is 50 work emails, or 5 mobile numbers at 10 credits each
The catch
No standalone verification: the documented endpoint set is enrich, reverse email lookup, people search, company search, lookup, credit balance and key check. There is no endpoint that takes an email or phone you already hold and returns a validity verdict, no phone validation, no line type or HLR data and no IP product. Verification runs only on data FullEnrich itself found

Anymail Finder logo4. Anymail Finder

Best for high-volume email finding with credits that do not expire

Pick Anymail Finder when email finding is the whole job, and rollover with no cap while you stay subscribed, no published rate limits, and unlimited seats matter more than breadth.

Starting price
$29/month for 400 credits, their page's own rate being $0.073 a credit; a credit is one verified person email, so that is $72.50 per 1,000 verified emails at the entry tier. The cheapest yearly commitment is $228 for 4,800 credits ($0.048 a credit)
Free option
100 free credits on signup, usable "across single search, bulk, and the API". A card must be added: "Sign up, verify your card, and your credits land instantly. Your card is only verified, not charged", and "you're only charged if you choose a plan". Their acceptable use policy qualifies it: free credits are "subject to our automated fraud detection systems; there is no guarantee that customers will receive free credits"
The catch
Email only. No phone number validation, no line type, carrier or HLR data, no IP intelligence and no address data: the whole catalogue is finding and verifying work email

Hunter.io logo5. Hunter.io

Best for domain-first email finding with built-in verification

Pick Hunter.io when your prospecting starts from company domains and you want found addresses with confidence scores plus verification in one simple tool, and phone numbers are not the priority.

Starting price
$49/mo for 2,000 credits ($34/mo billed yearly, -30%); 2,000 credits = up to 2,000 email searches or up to 4,000 verifications (verification costs 0.5 credit)
Free option
Free plan: 50 credits/mo (= up to 100 verifications or 50 searches), 1 connected email account, 500 recipients per sequence, basic Discover filters, unlimited team members
The catch
Email-only: no phone number or IP address validation/intelligence

LeadMagic logo6. LeadMagic

Best single wallet across a wide endpoint catalogue

Pick LeadMagic when you want work emails, mobiles, company records, job-change and hiring signals on one key, with bulk jobs measured in hundreds of thousands of rows.

Starting price
$49.99/month for Basic with 2,000 credits a month ($490/year for 24,000 credits, a printed $0.0204 a credit). At 1 credit per valid email that is up to 2,000 found emails, but only 400 found mobiles or 400 profile-URL-to-email lookups, both of which cost 5 credits each. No pay-as-you-go rate and no one-off credit pack is published as an entry point
Free option
Not verifiable. The pricing page lists an "Is there a free trial?" FAQ whose answer did not render on fetch, and no free-credit allowance is stated on the homepage, pricing page, startups solution page or any help-centre page we could read. Third-party write-ups claim 100 free credits with no credit card; that is unconfirmed on any LeadMagic-owned page and is not repeated here as fact
The catch
It sources contacts; it does not check ones you already hold on any channel but email. There is no phone validation as distinct from mobile finding, no line type, carrier or HLR data and no IP channel, so fraud screening and number-deliverability work need another vendor

Migration effort

Two things to plan for. First, the input: Findymail's extension and CSV uploader take names and companies, so if you switch to a profile-URL endpoint you need the URLs in your records before you cut over. Second, the credits: a Findymail balance is tied to an active subscription and resets to zero on cancellation, so spend it down rather than cancelling with credits banked. Run both on the same 200 rows and compare match counts before moving anything production.

Findymail alternatives FAQ

What is the best Findymail alternative?

It depends on the motion. If your team browses LinkedIn and Sales Navigator all day, Prospeo and FullEnrich are the nearest like-for-like swaps. If you only want email, Anymail Finder is the specialist. If the lookups happen in your own code, 1Lookup returns a verified work email from a profile URL per call, on the same credits as phone, email and IP validation.

Is there a Findymail alternative without a subscription?

Findymail publishes no pay-as-you-go option, so an active plan is required to call the API at all. 1Lookup is per-lookup against one credit balance with no plan tier to sit inside. The verified table above records what each vendor publishes, including which ones stop the service outright when credits run out.

What happens to unused Findymail credits?

Credits roll over but the balance is capped at twice the plan allowance, and anything above the cap is dropped at renewal. Cancelling resets the balance to zero at the end of the billing period. Vendors in this category differ sharply on this point, which is why the comparison table states each one's expiry rule with its source.

Do any of these replace phone or email validation?

No. Findymail, Prospeo, FullEnrich and LeadMagic sell phone numbers, but none of them sells a check on a number you already hold: no line type, no carrier, no HLR reachability, and no IP intelligence. If list hygiene or fraud screening is part of the job, that stays a separate purchase unless you consolidate onto an API that does both.

Test the all-in-one option first

1Lookup’s 7-day free trial includes $20 of credits across phone, email, and IP validation. Run your own numbers before you decide.
