Find the private companies with real numbers others overlook, for 1.5¢ a profile

Most private companies never publish a number. The ones that raise under Regulation Crowdfunding or Regulation A must file their revenue, profit and headcount with the SEC. We turn those filings into one clean company profile, by API or bulk file.

These are the questions people ask before they start

What does Private Funding and Financials return?

For a private company, what it raised and when, from its SEC filings, and where it filed them, its revenue, net income, total assets, cash, debt and headcount, for the current and prior year, with the filing they came from.

How much does it cost?

3 credits a company profile: 1.5¢ on Starter (6,666 profiles a month for $99) and 0.6¢ on Enterprise.

How do I get access?

Private Funding and Financials requires approval. Start the 7-day free trial, and right after it starts your account asks for a short application about your business and how you will use the data. We review each one before we switch the product on.

Why does it require approval?

We review each business before we switch on private company filing data. You confirm that the figures are as each company filed them, some unaudited, that they are not investment advice, and that you will not resell them as a database of your own.

Which companies have financials?

Companies that raised money under Regulation Crowdfunding (Form C) or Regulation A must file their financial statements with the SEC, so those come back with revenue, net income, assets and headcount. Companies that filed only a Form D come back with what they raised and the revenue range they reported, when they reported one.

Are the figures estimates?

No. They are what the company filed with the SEC, with the filing named in the result. A company that never filed has no figures, and the result says so instead of guessing.

How far back does it go?

Form D filings from 2008, Regulation A from 2015 and Form C from 2016, refreshed each quarter from the SEC's own data sets.

Do my credits work for anything else?

Yes. Credits are one balance across every 1Lookup product, so the plan that pays for company profiles also pays for firmographics, funding alerts, contact data and the rest.

Here is how Private Funding and Financials compares with the private company databases

Each page sets a rival's published price beside ours at the same monthly volume and says where the rival is cheaper. Every price carries its source and the month it was read.
