RB2B charges 25¢ for each person it identifies, and 1Lookup charges 2.5¢.
The same kind of record for each person: name, work email, LinkedIn profile, job title and company, and on 1Lookup a phone number for about 1 in 4 people. A visitor we cannot identify costs nothing.

Work out your monthly cost beside the rivals' published pricesAn identified visitor arrives as a person with a work email, and you pay only for the people you get
Each identified visitor comes back as a person you can write to or call
You get a name, a work email, a LinkedIn URL and a job title, together with the company and its website, and a phone number when there is one, so a salesperson can reach the right person while the visit is still fresh.
- Name and job title
- Work email address and LinkedIn URL
- A phone number on about 1 in 4 people
- Company name and website
Visitors are identified in every country outside Europe
A visit from anywhere except the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, the United Kingdom and Switzerland can be identified. Visits from those places are never identified and never billed.
- United States and Canada
- Brazil and Mexico
- India, Japan and Australia
- Every other country outside Europe
A phone number arrives with its do-not-call flag
About 1 in 4 identified people come back with a phone number. Each number carries its own do-not-call flag, so your team can see which numbers are marked before anyone dials.
- A phone number on about 1 in 4 people
- A do-not-call flag beside each number
- In the same record as the work email
- By API, webhook and CSV
You pay for the people you get and not for the traffic you have
A visitor that is identified bills 5 credits. A visitor that is not identified bills nothing, so a busy month with few matches does not run up a bill.
- Billed per identified person
- 0 credits for an unidentified visit
- $0.02475 a person on Starter
- $0.01 a person on Enterprise
Records arrive by API, webhook or CSV, whichever your team already uses
Read identified people from the API, have each one posted to your webhook as it happens, or download a CSV for a period. The fields are the same in all three, so a spreadsheet and a CRM sync see the same record.
- REST API
- Webhook per identified person
- CSV export
- The same fields in each
One credit balance pays for visitor identification and every other lookup
The credits that identify a visitor also validate an email, look up a phone number, check an IP address or pull a company's data. You do not need a second contract for the rest of your data.
- One balance, one API key
- Verify the work email for 1 credit
- Add a mobile number from the LinkedIn URL
- Add company data from the website
A whole team can use it without paying for seats
Sales, marketing and operations can all work from one account. There is no fee per user, so the bill does not grow with the size of the team.
- No fee per seat
- One account for the whole team
- The same API key for every tool
- One invoice for every product
Unused credits roll over for up to 3 months
A slow month does not waste what you paid for. Unused subscription credits carry forward for up to 3 months, and they can be spent on any 1Lookup product.
- Up to 3 months of rollover
- Spend on any product
- Monthly or yearly billing
- Plans from 20,000 credits a month

We identify the visitors we can, worldwide outside Europe
Each visit from a country outside Europe is matched to a person. A visit we cannot put a name to is dropped, and you are not billed for it.

An identified visitor arrives as a person, a work email and the page they were on

Sales, marketing and agency teams follow up the visitors who were already on their site
Sales teams that want to call the people reading their pricing page
Send each identified person from the pricing page to the rep who owns the account, with the work email, LinkedIn profile and, when there is one, the phone number already attached.
Marketing teams that want to know which campaigns bring real buyers
Match the people who arrive from a campaign to names and job titles, and see whether the visitors are the buyers you were aiming at.
Agencies running lead generation for clients
Deliver a daily list of named visitors to each client by CSV or webhook, priced per person identified so a client's cost follows its results.
Founders who have traffic and no way to follow it up
Turn a site that gets visitors but few form fills into a list of people to write to, paid for only when someone is identified.
Revenue operations teams filling a CRM
Post each identified person to your CRM through the webhook, so a contact appears with a work email and a job title without anyone typing it in.
Customer success teams watching existing accounts
See which people at a customer's company visit your pricing and upgrade pages, and reach out before the renewal.
The price of an identified person falls as your plan grows
A person costs the same 5 credits on every plan, and a larger plan buys credits at a lower price, so the cost of each identified person falls from Starter to Enterprise.

These are the questions people ask before they start
What does Website Visitor ID return?
For each visitor it identifies, it returns the person's name, work email, LinkedIn URL and job title, the company they work for and its website, and the page they were on and when. About 1 in 4 people also come back with a phone number and its do-not-call flag. A visitor it cannot identify returns nothing and costs nothing.
How much does Website Visitor ID cost?
5 credits per identified person, which is $0.02475 on the Starter plan (4,000 people a month for $99) and $0.01 on Enterprise (200,000 people a month for $1,999). Visitors that are not identified cost 0 credits, so the bill follows the number of people you actually get.
Do I pay for visitors it cannot identify?
No. A visit that is not turned into a person is not billed. Only an identified person, delivered to you with a name and a work email, uses credits.
Which visitors can it identify?
Visitors in every country outside Europe, including the United States, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, India, Japan and Australia. A visit from the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, the United Kingdom or Switzerland is not identified and is not billed.
Do I get a phone number for every visitor?
No. A phone number comes back for about 1 in 4 identified people, and each number carries its own do-not-call flag. The other people come back without one, and the price per identified person stays the same.
How do the records reach me?
Three ways: you can read them from the API, receive each one at a webhook the moment the visitor is identified, or download a CSV of everyone identified in a period. The three carry the same fields.
How do I get access?
Website Visitor ID requires approval. Start the 7-day free trial, and right after it starts your account asks for a short application about your website. We review each website before we switch on visitor identification.
What do I put on my site?
One script, added to the pages where you want visitors identified. Once it is in place, identified visitors start arriving at your API, webhook or CSV.
Do my credits work for anything else?
Yes. Credits are one balance across every 1Lookup product, so the same plan that pays for identified people also pays for email validation, phone lookups, IP lookups, company data and the rest. There is no separate plan for visitor identification.
Is there a charge for extra team members?
No. Your whole team can use one account, and there is no fee per seat.
Do unused credits expire?
Unused subscription credits roll over for up to 3 months, so a quiet month does not waste your plan.
How does the price compare with RB2B and Snitcher?
Each comparison page sets the rival's published plans beside ours at the same monthly volume, says where each one is cheaper and gives the date the rival's prices were read. Start with RB2B alternative and RB2B pricing, or Snitcher alternative and Snitcher pricing, in the comparison links at the foot of this page.
Can I work out my monthly cost before I apply?
Yes. The website visitor ID cost calculator takes your monthly visitors and shows the identified people, the 1Lookup plan that covers them and what each rival's published plan would cost at that volume.
To work out what identifying your own visitors would cost, use the free website visitor ID cost calculator.
An identified person is a start, and these products add to the record
Here is how identifying your visitors with 1Lookup compares with RB2B, Snitcher and the other visitor identification tools
