Why are my calls showing as spam likely?

Today’s figure is not published: the platform did not see enough traffic for this measure to be reported without identifying an individual customer. The explanation below still holds.

What usually pushes this number up

  • a high volume of short-duration calls from one number, which is the pattern carrier analytics score hardest
  • complaints filed by recipients, which feed the analytics vendors directly
  • calling numbers that are disconnected or reassigned, which raises the unanswered-call ratio

What brings it down

  • rotating outbound numbers so no single one carries the whole volume
  • registering the number for branded caller ID with the analytics vendors
  • scrubbing disconnected and DNC-listed numbers before the campaign runs
