A free trial opens the account's latest 20 posts.

This page shows an account's first few posts and allows a few lookups per visitor per day. Start a free 1Lookup trial to read all 20 recent posts with a link to each, or to read a whole list of accounts from a CSV upload or the API.

Need this at scale? X Profile Posts API

Read a whole list of accounts at once: the latest 20 posts with likes, reposts and views, plus followers and bio, at 15 credits per account that returns posts.

An account's latest posts show what it is focused on this week.

Enter a handle, with or without the @, or paste the link to a profile. The tool reads the account on X and shows its name, follower count and bio, then the first few recent posts with the date, likes, reposts, replies and views of each. A pinned post is listed last, so it is not mistaken for the newest.

The account is read live, so a lookup can take up to 40 seconds. To keep the tool free for everyone, an account that someone read in the last two hours is shown again instead of being read a second time.

Only public accounts work. A private or suspended account, or one with no posts, returns nothing, and so does a link to a single post (the post replies viewer is the tool for that). A free trial reads all 20 recent posts with a link to each, and reads a whole list of accounts at once.

An account is one part of the picture, and a keyword or a thread is the rest.

To find accounts that are talking about a topic, search X with the free X post search. To see who replied to one of the posts you read, use the free X post replies viewer.

A profile lookup returns these fields, and each one answers a different question.

This is an invented result for a made-up account, laid out the way a real one comes back. The profile card and the first posts are free on this page, and a free trial opens the rest.

  1. All the posts20 posts, with links
  2. Counts on every postLikes, reposts, replies, views
  1. Followers

How many accounts follow this one, a quick read of its reach.

  2. Average likes

The average likes on the account's own recent posts, reposts left out. It shows what a typical post earns.

  3. Posts span

The dates the recent posts cover, with the pinned post left out. A busy account covers days and a quiet one covers months.

  4. Most liked post

The likes on the best recent post, which shows what the account's audience reacts to.

  5. All the posts

Every recent post with its link, not only the first three.

  6. Counts on every post

The numbers for each post beyond the first few, so you can rank the whole timeline.

Reading an account's posts takes three steps and no login.

1

Enter the account

Type the handle, with or without the @, or paste the profile link. Every spelling of the same account counts as one lookup.

2

We read the account live

The account is read on X when you press the button, so the newest post is the newest one. A lookup someone ran in the last two hours is shown again.

3

Read the profile and the first posts

You see the name, followers and bio, then the first three posts with their date and counts. The rest of the 20 are in the free trial.

One lookup reads the account live, keeps its latest posts and shows you the first few.

This is the path a single lookup takes. Nothing is tied to an account, and nothing is posted from anywhere.

What one profile lookup does
  1. You enter an accountA handle or a profile link.
  2. The account is read liveX is read when you press the button, which can take up to 40 seconds.Nothing is posted, liked or followed from any account.
  3. Its latest posts are keptUp to 20, with the account's followers and bio.
  4. You see the profile and the first postsThe first three posts with date, likes, reposts, replies and views.

The X profile posts API returns the same posts as JSON from one request.

Send a handle or a profile link to the endpoint with your API key. An account that returns posts costs 15 credits and an account with no posts costs 0. The account's followers and bio are in classification, and the posts are in insights.x_profile_posts_result.posts.

For whole lists of accounts from a CSV file, see our X Profile Posts API.

A profile card shows the account's size and bio first.

Followers, the bio and the average likes of recent posts sit above the posts, so you know whose posts you are reading.

Every post shows the numbers X shows for it.

Likes, reposts, replies and views are plain numbers next to the date, so a busy post stands out from a quiet one.

A pinned post cannot pass for the newest.

A pinned post can be months old. It is listed last, and the span of dates leaves it out.

Any way of writing the handle works.

@nasa, nasa and x.com/nasa all read the same account, and a link to a single post is refused before any of your daily lookups is used.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an X account to read someone's posts here?

No. The tool reads public accounts without a login, and it never posts, likes or follows from any account.

How many posts does it show?

The first three of the latest 20, with a profile card above them. A free trial shows all 20, with a link to each.

Does it include reposts and the pinned post?

Yes. Reposts are read with the account's own posts, and the average likes on the card leave reposts out. A pinned post is listed last.

Why can a lookup take up to 40 seconds?

The account is read on X while you wait. An account that someone read in the last two hours comes back at once.

What if no posts come back?

The account may be private, suspended, new or silent, or the handle may be misspelled. The tool says so in plain words.

Can I read a list of accounts at once?

Yes, in a free trial. Upload a CSV with a handle column or call the X Profile Posts API. Each account that returns posts costs 15 credits, and an account with no posts costs nothing.
